With digital now being the primary source for many audio enthusiasts, we created the RD-101 DAC to accompany the amps in our Reference Series. Taking advantage of the technology in our award winning SCD-025 Mk.II, our engineers have managed to squeeze the magic from that unit into a smaller chassis without compromising on quality.
The RD-101 Mk.II utilizes the incredible Sabre ES9038PRO 32-bit HyperStream II DAC chip. With up to 140B DNR and -122dB THD+N for unmatched audio clarity, unprecedented dynamic range and ultra-low distortion.
Huge Connectivity
Featuring 5 digital inputs and a dedicated RJ45 streamer input, all your digital sources are comfortably accommodated by the RD-101. The USB audio input supports NativeDSD up to 128 and PCM up to 384kHz / 32 bit resolution.
The streaming module supports the complete set of network audio protocols including DLNA/UPnP, Tidal Connect and Spotify Connect.
Our ultra low noise power supply regulator offers a vast array of steps to support the DACs potential performance, the RD-101 Mk.II is unparalleled at this price point.
